ABOUT ME

My name is Darija Czibulková. I was born in the former Czecoslovaquia and since 2016 I live in the beautiful region of Galicia, northern Spain that has many remains of the Celtic culture.
I am a Yoga, Dance and Meditation teacher, as well as a Coach specialized in Health and wellbeing. I started dancing as a little girl and practicing Yoga regularly at the age of 26. I have been guiding other people in their practice of Yoga since 2011, creating my own method called EcoYoga. I constantly broaden my knowledge about yoga, dance, spirituality, alternative therapies, psychology, coaching, druidism and a long etcetra.
My deepest aim in life is to help others to feel well. Show them how to enhance their health, wellbeing, self esteem and spirituality through yoga, dancing, meditation and other techniques. Teach them to respect themselves, to respect others and all the living beings we share the planet with.
Spread reverence for life in all its forms.

I wish to lead an ethical spiritual life guided by the wisdom of the ancestors and nature herself. Therefore I practice and teach Wyda, a system of physical and energetic exercises, similar to Yoga. A unique system, the only known to be practiced by the ancient Druids, that contributes to a mayor physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Today I offer you these exercises, so simple and yet so powerful, so you too can embody the spiritual beliefs of Druidism.

WHAT IS WYDA?

Wyda, also called the Yoga of the Druids or Celtic Yoga, is part of the Eco Yoga school along with other techniques. I felt the need to spread this knowledge to a broader audience, creating an online course exclusively with the Wyda exercises. I started practicing Wyda in the summer of 2005. For a few years now these exercises became part of my daily routine. I learned about WYDA in a book titled " Wyda: die Kraft der Druiden" (Wyda: The power of the Druids) by Aljoscha A. Schwarz, Ronald P. Schweppe and Wolfgang M. Pfau.
These authors say they travelled to Ireland back in the seventies, where they met an older man. They saw him practicing exercises in nature, with movements similar to Hatha yoga. Movements that were familiar, yet unknown for them. They approached the man and asked him what was he doing. And that's how they met Lliam O ́Donnell, who revealed to them that the exercises he practiced were exercises of the Druids, the priests of the Celtic peoples and that in their family these exercises were passed down from generation to generation through word.
It is believed that the practice of these exercises helped the Druids enjoy good health. extraordinary physical and mental strength and that they also lived longer than ordinary people thanks to their knowledge of healin plants and practice of Wyda exercises. Lliam O'Donnell himself seemed much younger than his age due to his vitality, flexibility, strength and agility and his entire family took pride in their longevity.
After this meeting our authors began to search for information about Wyda in the archives of Irish Libraries. But they found little written evidence or drawings related to this topic, given that this tradition was transmited orally and since the 18th century it was kept secret, for fear of possible accusations of witchcraft and persecution by the inquisition.
And here the doubt arises from our Western and analytical minds, so accustomed to skepticism: how can we know that this whole thing was not invented by the nice and vivacious O'Donnell, who made fun of our renowned authors? Or that they were not the inventors of the Wyda themselves? Well we have no guarantees, since there is no other written evidence. We can trust this method by observing for ourselves the results that the regular practice of Wyda brings us.


WHAT BENEFITS DOES THE PRACTICE OF WYDA PROVIDE?

Exercises that mostly seem simple can have a considerable effect not only on the physical level, but also on spiritual and psychic processes of a person. Thanks to the exercises, the Druid masters developed their inner healing force (nwyfre) that made them resistant against diseases and also allowed them to heal others.

The exercises of Wyda are simple and yet so powerful. I will guide you step by step through online group sessions in this twelve weeks course. You will also have your material with written instructions and videos. There is an extra individual online lesson at the end of the course to clarify all your doubts.

HOW IS WYDA STRUCTURED?

The practice is divided into three levels. There are also three energy centers, with which Wyda works: vital center, emotional center and mental center. At the first level you strengthen and align the three centers with each other, at the second level you work on their harmonization and at the final, third level, their union is reached.
The triple division, or triads, is very common in the druidic tradition. One of the best-known symbols of the Celts is the TRISQUEL (three spirals) and the AWEN (three stripes and three dots). There are three levels of priestly class: bards, vates and druids. Three concentric circles represent the soul's path to liberation or life, death and reincarnation


I learned that the word WYDA comes from old Gaelic and means “to go through the veil”. The veil represents the belief in the limitations of our own minds and bodies, as well as the limitations of the realities we impose on ourselves.

I offer you this 12-weeks online course to learn the 33 exercises (carraigs) of Wyda step by step. They correspond to three levels of learning: Strenghtening of the three energetic centres, Harmonizing of the three energetic centres and Unifying them.
We will have 11 online group sessions (also will be recorded) backed up by material with written instructions and videos. There is a special one-to-one online sesson at the end of the course to explain all your doubts.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS.

֍ Was Wyda really practiced by the Druids and passed on from pupil to pupil orally?
There exists almost no written evidence of this system. To be fair, there is no proof of its authenticity apart from the trustworthiness of the authors Schwarz, Schweppe and Pfau who have written several books on spirituality.

֍ Can I practice Wyda if I am not a follower of Druidism or Wicca?
Of course, Wyda is a system of physical and energetic exercises that contributes to a mayor physical, emotional and mental wellbeing without the need of any religious belief.

֍ Can I practice Wyda if I am elderly or have some kind of illness or handicap?
Yes, most of the exercises are very simple and can be adapted to any body condition. Anyway, it is not necessary to practice all the exercises to get the benefits, but yes, it is important to practice regularly.

֍ Can wyda be taught in such a short time? It takes years to become bards, then ovates and finally druids...
I will only teach you the exercises, and make sure you do them correctly. Then your individual practice will start and go on as long as you wish. I personally think it is a lifelong process.

֍ Is learning online the best way?
Of course, learning online is not as good as it would be in person, but if we are far from each other, it is the best we have. I will explain all the exercises step by step in a live session. later you can watch again the recorded session or the videos and you will also get written instructions. And after the last session I will have a one-to-one session with each pupil to explain all the doubts they might have.

֍ Is learning online difficult?
I will make it as easy as possible, even for the not-friends-with-the-technology kind of people. You will need to have connection to the internet via your PC, tablet or smartphone, install a free app and thats it!

֍ Can the practice of Wyda do me harm?
Not at all. If it is practiced according to the instructions, the possibility óf being harmed is zero.

֍ Is there a refund guarantee?
I believe that you will enjoy practicing Wyda. Still, if you are not happy with the course after the first lesson, you will be refunded 100%.
